Or a lead form with different product categories that automatically notifies the responsible sales employee?<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>This is actually possible with Greyd.Forms. Here&#039;s how:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>As an example we are going to build a form that is supposed to send the admin notification to different email addresses, depending on whether the user selects &quot;A&quot; or &quot;B&quot;.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create your form as usual<\/li>\n<li>Place two conditional fields in your form and set the selection field as the condition.<\/li>\n<li>In the first condition set &quot;has the value A&quot; as condition, in the second &quot;has the value B&quot;.<\/li>\n<li>Place a hidden field in the first conditional container and enter the first email address as its value <\/li>\n<li>Copy the hidden field, place it in the second conditional container and set the second email address as its value. <b>It is very important that the hidden fields have exactly the same name<\/b> (which is automatically the case when you copy the field).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Screenshot of an example form with conditions and hidden fields\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/helpscout.net\/docs\/assets\/633fe4617d798e2cbfa12154\/images\/65d49e1d6d2feb00a37ec4cd\/file-idPKk9oDzv.png\" style=\"width: 513px;max-width: 100%\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Publish your form and refresh your browser window<\/li>\n<li>Now you can set the admin email.
